We'll answer any questions you may have, take brief details about you and your dog, and arrange a time for a free 'meet & greet' with you.

We'll come and meet you and your dog. At this stage we'll confirm specific arrangements, this will include:

• When & where your dog will be walked.


• Whether your dog is allowed off the lead on the beach, woods or parks. (All other places your dog will remain on the lead.)


• Access arrangements, for example codes or keys to access your property if you aren't going to be in when we collect your dog, and whether you'd like us to retain a key in for the duration that you use our service.


• Your preferred vet details (in case of emergency)

We'll record these details on your Walk Plan, ask you to read our Terms of Service and ask you to sign to confirm the details and that you agree to our Terms of Service.
