We will walk your dog for a minimum of one hour. We know that dogs like to play and explore but we also like to make sure they have a good walk. We aim to walk a minimum of a mile during your dog's walk, but dogs who are active and are off the lead will likely do much more than that.

For solo walks - We will generally walk your dog from your property but we may opt to take your dog to the beach or woods with your permission.

For group walks - We will generally always collect your dog for a group walk on the beach or in the woods with no charge for travel time.

For solo walks - we charge £25 for a one hour walk.

For group walks - we charge £15 per dog for a one hour walk.

If you would prefer a longer walks for your dog then feel free to book additional slots as required (subject to availabilty).
Weekly invoices are sent via email which will contain a link for card payments.

We operate Monday to Friday. For our morning sessions, we will arrive to collect your dog before 12pm. For our afternoon sessions, we will arrive to collect your dog before 3pm. Due to nature of traffic and also in order to give proper attention to your dog, we are unable to arrange specific pick-up and drop-off times.

We have a currently have limit of 5 dogs per group walk.

Yes we are both insured and DBS checked. Please ask to see our certificates during your free 'Meet & Greet' sessions.

Your dog's welfare is of the upmost importance to us. If your dog is injured or unwell we will make reasonable efforts to contact you immediately and ask what action you would like us to take, including making arrangements to bring your dog to you wherever you are or to take your dog to a trusted third-party. If you have nominated a trusted third-party then you agree that your dog is safe to be left in their care and be fully entrusted with the care of your dog. If we can't get hold of you or a trusted third-party then we will stay with your dog until we are able to contact you or a trusted third-party. If you or your trusted third-party cannot be reached, you authorise us to seek veterinary treatment from your norminated vet as deemed necessary. In cases of emergency we will take your dog to your nominated vet and immediately contact you (or your nominated third-party if we can't reach you) whilst prioristing your dog's care. All associated costs shall be your responsibility. By using our services, you confirm that you understand the risks of your dog walking in public and agree that Happy Dog are not responsible for any illness, injury or emergency your dog might experience. All associated costs of any illness, injury or emergency shall be your responsibility. We reserve the right to charge our solo rate price per hour for the duration that your dog remains in our care.
